Clients must understand that a mortgage constitutes   a lien on a real estate of a person who obtains  a loan and is ordinarily being paid in installments over a fixed period. The mortgage secures a promise that one will repay the money he has borrowed to buy his or her home.

Santiago Law assists clients who want a mortgage for the purpose of financing their home renovations, taking out additional equity or availing of an opportunity for a better rate with a new lender. We, at Santiago Law , can assist clients in completing the required legal process to refinance your home. Private Mortgage

Where a financing or refinancing from banks , financial institutions or trust companies, etc., may not be feasible or viable due to bad credit score, standing or history we offer assistance as well to people to help them in completing the legal steps to obtain a private mortgage from individual or corporate lenders.

It is pertinent to note at the outset that a Last Will and Testament is a vital legal document that sets out how properties are distributed after one passes away.
